Spiral agile process

When I joined ux expert meeting, lots ux people were talking about agile process. I didn't know that's very important. But in my case,  I realized that I always used agile process.
So I want to talk about agile process.

When I created UX company website, my boss asked to build our own contents, company identities, and our own process. I was surprised his order because that company was just new.

So I read lots UX book, UX company philosophy, and asked to boss and team member. And I was realized what ux companies' common process.





This is my agile process. We called a spiral agile process

" First, when we got a client's requirements, we design which functions and contents are most important to users. That could be ux trend, function list, menu tree about main screens. 

And delivered to clients. When they see our prototyping images, they can decide which function would be good. 

When we got a client's feedbacks, we research how to show more useful and charming main screens ( Home, menu, detail screen). And checking to developers. 

When we did this flow, finally we can achieve our goal.

Not getting bigger, getting smaller research and deep results.  " 




Those agile process are very similar.
Design(analysis, discover, create), visual design , develop. 

Of course, I didn't write very detail process. Because each projects have different process. But main point is getting smaller and deeper to our project.
